Qualifications
- A current master’s student in the Counseling Psychology or Mental Health Counseling program.

Performance Responsibilities
Service Requirements
- Individual Counseling
- Mental Health Emergency:聽 Serve as on-call person 2-3 hours per week
- Personality Assessment:聽 Administer and interpret personality tests with clients as necessary
Training Requirements
- Supervision:聽 Individual Supervision 1 hour/week
- Staffing/Staff meetings:聽 Attend/participate in weekly staff meetings or staffings
Administrative Requirements
- Clinical Records:聽 Maintain clinical records in accordance with the Center’s procedures within 48 hours of session
- Evaluation:聽 Complete/submit evaluation forms as assigned (e.g., supervision)
Additional and Optional Opportunities
- Training Seminars:聽 Attend and participate in weekly seminars
- Research:聽 Read and research the center’s resources and materials
- Group Counseling:聽 Co-lead a group
- Outreach Programming:聽 Conduct programs/workshops
