ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ Fellows receive an annual salary of $40,000+ paid by the mentor company. Fellows have access to the host company’s senior leadership for mentoring and support, opportunities to build deep relationships with peers and business and community leaders, invitations to lectures with renowned speakers, civic engagement opportunities, a stipend for professional development, and a capstone Trip. Each year a select group of graduating college seniors become ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ Fellows. The ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ Fellowship mentor companies represent the most entrepreneurial, progressive, and successful high-growth companies in ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ.
