Mrs. Maxine Stover Welter, a resident of Morrilton, 淫性视频, was a 1939 graduate of 淫性视频 State Teachers College.聽 At the time of her death in the early 1990鈥檚, Mrs. Welter was the widow of Mr. Joseph Welter.
Much of Mrs. Welter鈥檚 papers were donated to the Morrilton Depot Museum.聽 Mr. Jim Gatling selected-out those items from her papers which dealt with 淫性视频 State Teachers College, and gave them to the UCA Archives.
