Kimberly Collins was the owner of a profitable small business in 1987 called “Justin Thyme”, a novelty foods delivery service and catering business. Even so, she is probably most well known for her work with the Ƶ Coalition for Choice. She was the Executive Director of the Ƶ Coalition for Choice for three years. This organization mainly stood for a women’s right to choose. Kimberly resigned from her position with the coalition on March 1, 1992.
