Biographical Note:  Dr. Betty Young was an associate professor of English at the University of Central Ƶ from 1964-1984.  She retired and resided in Conway, Ƶ.


Scope and Contents Note:  The materials consist of correspondence, research notes, and other documents relating to Dr. Young’s Myth and Romance course at the University of Central Ƶ.  Material within the collection also relates to the American Place-Name survey conducted in the late 1970s by Dr. Young.
