Oral Histories: ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ Constitutional Convention 1969-1970

The seventh constitutional convention met in 1969-1970 in an attempt to reform the ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ Constitution approved by the ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ Legislature in 1874.  The seventh constitutional convention failed, and the 1874 ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ Constitution still remains in effect today despite additional reform attempts.  Click for more information about ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ’s constitutional conventions.
